HOW CURATION WORKS

From your profile to a prepared meeting.

Start early enough to research the fit, review the context and build an agenda around your priorities.

  1. Now

    Define your fit.

Complete your Capability Passport: scope, geography, project scale, three to five relevant references, team and availability.

  2. Before the portal opens

    Qualify the reason to meet.

The team checks the requirement, current project stage, existing appointments or packages, decision route and practical fit.

  3. About 2–3 weeks before

    Review and choose.

Use the private marketplace to review context, shortlist and request meetings. Both sides accept before a slot is scheduled.

  4. 3 December and after

    Meet with a next step.

Use the 30 minutes to clarify scope and constraints. Agree the action, owner and follow-up: a brief, reference review, proposal discussion or site visit.

What makes a conversation worth recommending?

A real scope at the right stage. The team checks what remains addressable and what is already appointed or specified.

The relevant person and capability. The counterpart, comparable work, delivery coverage, scale and timing must fit.

Mutual interest and preparation. Both sides see enough context to choose. Sensitive details are shared selectively.

Commercial follow-through remains with the parties. Programme scope, scheduling, any further organiser support and shortfall arrangements are agreed before commitment.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Questions from commercial teams.

Discuss your circumstances with the curation team.

Will I meet owners or only other suppliers?

The planned audience gives the largest allocation to institutional organisations, supported by professional advisers and selected solution partners. The relevant introduction may be to the owner, projects team, architect, consultant or procurement, depending on the buying route.

Can two companies take the same commercial category?

The commercial model provides one company per agreed category across 25 categories. Scope and availability are reviewed before allocation. Broad product labels do not automatically confer exclusivity across adjacent categories.

Does the programme guarantee orders?

No. It establishes relevant introductions and prepares the conversation. Purchasing depends on fit, timing, technical evaluation, commercial terms and the parties’ follow-through.

Why do 15- and 20-conversation programmes include two delegates?

Those programmes may require parallel 30-minute meeting tracks. Delegates can divide owner/specifier coverage, regions, categories or product lines. Additional delegates are ₹40,000 + GST each.

Can I select the organisations I want to meet?

Yes. Share targets and review relevant profiles when the marketplace opens. Final scheduling depends on relevance, mutual acceptance, capacity and your agreed participation scope.

What if there are not enough relevant opportunities?

Curation assesses fit before recommending a programme. Discuss the qualified opportunity pool and the written scope, including delivery and any shortfall arrangements, before committing.

How do programme sessions and meetings fit together?

Thirty-minute meetings run in parallel with afternoon sessions from 13:45 to 17:45. Indicate preferred sessions during onboarding. Additional representation may help where priorities require parallel coverage.

How is confidential project information handled?

Public summaries establish relevance. Identities, detailed briefs and counterpart information are shared selectively as capability fit and mutual interest are established.

Are speaking opportunities included?

Programme attendance is included in participation. Speaking and case-study slots are selected separately for programme relevance; a pass or meeting programme does not automatically include one.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Start with your project fit.

Tell us enough to have a useful first discussion. You can also register directly using the participation options above.

SPEAK TO CURATION

Tell us the requirements your company can serve.

Share a short profile. The team will assess relevance, discuss the appropriate participation route and clarify the next step.

  1. We review your discipline or category and target market.
  2. We discuss relevant opportunities and programme fit.
  3. We confirm the participation scope and onboarding steps.
