Event and marketplace

EduInfra Expand 2026 is scheduled for 20 November 2026 at Taj West End, Bengaluru. The marketplace is designed around role-based access, profiled demand and capability, curated discovery and mutual choice before meetings.

Participation roles and prices

Demand Creator — ₹20,000 + 18% GST.
Specifier & Influencer — ₹30,000 + 18% GST.
Commercial Participant — ₹40,000 + 18% GST.

Role selection should reflect why the participant is entering the opportunity, not only the participant's company type.

Meetings and outcomes

A meeting request is not a guaranteed meeting. The public Expand model uses discovery, request, acceptance and validation before a meeting is scheduled. Participation does not guarantee procurement, specification, project award, revenue or commercial conversion.

Qualified-opportunity portfolios

For portfolio credit purposes, an opportunity reaches the payable stage only when it has been accepted, validated for relevance and delivered under the agreed opportunity criteria. Declined, expired, unvalidated or undelivered requests do not consume a credit.

Partnerships

Partnership scope, inclusions, category rights, opportunity credits and any exclusivity are governed by the applicable written commercial agreement. General marketplace participation does not create category exclusivity.

Payments, cancellations, transfers and refunds

Public participation checkout is processed through Razorpay-hosted payment pages. Any specific cancellation, transfer or refund entitlement must be the one stated in the applicable Razorpay checkout, invoice, proposal, order form or written confirmation issued for the purchase. This website does not create an additional refund or transfer promise beyond those written terms.

Before paying: if the applicable checkout or written confirmation does not state the cancellation, transfer or refund rule you need to rely on, contact the EduInfra Expand curation desk and obtain that term in writing before completing payment.

Changes

If a material operational detail changes, participants should be notified through the contact information provided during purchase or onboarding. Any resulting remedy is governed by the applicable written purchase or participation terms.
